Myceniona, Thessalonikis, Greece

Last one, for now anyway! This is Ari with his first cousin Saki and his Aunt Vetta in Ari's home town of Myceniona, a tiny fishing village near Thessalonikis...Lynette R. lived there for a year or so, coincedentally!

It sounds like you had a wonderful time. It is amazing to go to other countries and exprerience the lifestyle. We are so blessed as Americans but I don't think we can know really how good we have it until we see how others live. I liked all of your pictures and script about your trip. It always amazes me how long your posts are when you write. I can't imagine being able to write that much and love that about you.

Thank you, and I totally agree with you about not ever truely being able to appreciate what we have until we see how other people in other parts of the world live quite happily.

Hey K - I wasn't able to get any of the history back, but what I did was create a new blog that looked exactly the same. Then I went and updated everything like the names and all....when that was done, I just requested a name change and it happened to be that no one had taken my name. Lucky me...and not so lucky me. I am really glad that I still have the same name though.
